We provide Pharmacy Operations management, Process Optimization, Healthcare IT impementation and Informatics management services, ARRA assessment and design. All our work is performed in accordance with the Project Management Institute's (PMI) Project Management Professional best practices and we follow six sigma principles in our organizational development.
